RastaCamp Studio Agreement

Plain English, one page. Last updated October 12, 2026. "We" means RastaCamp, LLC (RastaCamp Studio). "You" means the business paying for the work.

1. What you're buying

Starter site ($400): a one-page, phone-friendly site with your hours, map, call and text buttons, and a contact form.
Business site ($900): up to 5 pages (for example services, menu, gallery, about), booking or order requests, Google-friendly setup and share previews.
Custom work: whatever we agree on in writing (email is fine) before you pay.
Care plan ($50/month) and We post for you ($99/month): what's listed on our page, month to month.

Anything not listed (extra pages, online stores, logos, paid ads) is extra and quoted first. Nothing is added to your bill without your OK.

Websites: half up front (the deposit), half when the site is ready to go live. We hand over the site after the second payment.
Monthly plans are billed each month by Stripe until you cancel. Cancel anytime; the plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Most sites go live in about a week after we have your text, photos and logo (if you have one).
You'll get a preview and up to 2 rounds of changes. More changes are welcome at our normal rate, quoted first.
If we don't hear from you for 30 days, we pause the project. You can restart it anytime within 6 months.

Changed your mind before we've started? Full refund of the deposit within 3 days of paying.
Once we've sent you a preview, the deposit is non-refundable, because the work is done.
If we can't deliver what we agreed, you get your money back. That simple.

Once you've paid in full, the site, its design and your content are yours. Your domain is registered in your name.
You promise that the photos, logos and text you give us are yours to use.
We may show your site in our portfolio. Tell us if you'd rather we didn't, and we won't.
General tools and code we use for many clients stay ours, and you get a permanent right to use them on your site.

We build fast, careful sites, but we can't promise Google rankings, sales or traffic numbers. No one honestly can.
Hosting, domains and other services belong to their providers (for example Cloudflare, your domain registrar), and their terms apply.
If something goes wrong, our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us for that project or month.
This agreement is governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA. If we disagree, we'll talk first and try in good faith to fix it.
